Annapolis, MD – September 17, 2009 — Bay Bridge Decision Technologies®, the industry’s leading contact center strategic planning company, announced today the expansion of its Business Development Team with the hiring of Jay Myer, Vice President, Sales, Mary Gardiner, Regional Sales Manager, and Kim Owen, Regional Sales Manager, to drive new and recurring revenue growth.

In his new role, Jay Myer will lead Bay Bridge’s Business Development team. With more than 20 years of sales experience with high growth companies, his track record testifies to the success of his entrepreneurial management style stressing both company and employee growth.

Mary Gardiner, Regional Sales Manager, brings over 20 years of experience in Enterprise sales, where she closed new sales and managed installed base customers such as: eBay, Agile Software, Bank of America, and Juniper Networks. Mary will work to secure new business opportunities in the western United States.

Kim Owen, Regional Sales Manager, brings over 20 years National/Global account sales experience in the technology industry. Owen is responsible for managing the overall relationship and sales opportunities in the southern U.S region.
